TabTouch Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

By accessing, registering on or using the TabTouch platform at tabtouch.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the TabTouch platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by TabTouch, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, poker, Ludo games and all promotional offers. Use of any individual product or feature constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

TabTouch reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an account on TabTouch, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. TabTouch strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will request identity verification at any time.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Pakistan at the time of placing bets or accessing gaming products.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or subject to any court order or legal restriction that prohibits gambling activity.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration including your full name, date of birth and Pakistani mobile number.
• You must hold a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).

Each individual is permitted to hold only one TabTouch account. Creating multiple accounts – whether in your own name or using someone else's identity – is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

TabTouch reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during the registration process, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TabTouch account login credentials. This includes your registered mobile number, password, OTP codes and any two-factor authentication details.

TabTouch will never ask for your password by email, live chat or phone. Any communication claiming to be from TabTouch and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with other online accounts.
• Do not log in to your TabTouch account on shared or public devices.
• Log out of your account after each session when using a shared device.
• Notify TabTouch support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All bets placed and transactions made from your account are your responsibility. TabTouch will not reverse or void bets on the grounds that your account was accessed without your knowledge, unless there is clear technical evidence of a platform security breach on our side.

All transactions on TabTouch are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfer.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. TabTouch does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits from accounts whose ownership cannot be verified may be returned without credit and the associated TabTouch account reviewed.
• TabTouch charges zero deposit fees. Any charges levied by your payment provider are the responsibility of the member.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for IBFT.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. TabTouch does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts or to accounts not matching your registered identity.
• First-time withdrawals require completion of identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals process without additional steps.
• Any balance derived from bonus funds is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• TabTouch may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals as part of standard security review.

All bets placed on TabTouch are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific rules are available within each product's dedicated section on the platform.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in.
• Bets cannot be edited or cancelled after they have been accepted. The exception is the Cash Out feature where available, which allows early settlement at a current market price.
• Minimum stake per bet is Rs 50 per selection. Minimum accumulator stake is Rs 100.
• TabTouch reserves the right to limit, refuse or void bets at its discretion. This may apply in cases of manifest error in odds pricing, suspected system abuse or irregular betting patterns.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event will be void unless the market was explicitly offered as an in-play market at the time of bet placement.

Manifest Error

A manifest error is a clearly incorrect price caused by a technical fault or human error. TabTouch reserves the right to void bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds. Members who knowingly exploit manifest errors will have their accounts reviewed and may face suspension.

TabTouch settles markets using official results from the relevant governing bodies. For cricket, this means results as confirmed by the ICC, PCB or relevant domestic board. For football, results confirmed by UEFA, FIFA or the relevant national federation.

Abandoned and Postponed Matches

• If a cricket match is abandoned without an official result being determined (e.g., rain stops play before the minimum qualifying overs are bowled), pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, pre-match bets remain valid and carry over to the rescheduled fixture.
• If a match is postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.

In-Play Settlements

Live in-play bets are settled on the state of play at the time the relevant in-play market closes or the event conclusion, as specified in the individual market terms. In-play bets are not affected by the general abandonment rules unless the entire match is called off.

All bonuses and promotions offered by TabTouch are subject to these general bonus terms unless specific promotional terms state otherwise.

• Welcome Bonus: The 50% first deposit bonus (maximum Rs 5,000) is available to new members on their first deposit only. The bonus and the qualifying deposit must be wagered a minimum of 5x before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Bonus funds are held until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of bonus credit. Bonus funds that have not met requirements within 30 days will expire and be removed from the account.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count toward wagering requirements for any TabTouch bonus.
• Accumulator boosts, odds boosts and free bet credits are promotional in nature and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any winnings derived from free bet credits are withdrawable after meeting stated requirements.
• One bonus per household, device or IP address. TabTouch reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility if abuse of promotional terms is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TabTouch platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account, whether under your own name or another person's identity.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or have self-excluded from any gaming platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technology that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, incorrect odds or system malfunctions for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates Pakistani law.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to access or manipulate the platform's technical systems without authorisation.

TabTouch operates anti-fraud and anti-collusion systems continuously. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be investigated and, where evidence supports, permanently closed. Funds acquired through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

TabTouch is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help members stay in control of their activity on the platform. The following tools are available to all registered members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week or month. Once reached, further bets cannot be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Reminders: Enable notifications that remind you how long you have been active on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During this period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from TabTouch. This is an irreversible action that results in permanent account closure. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

TabTouch collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data handling principles at TabTouch:

• Your personal data is used only for the purpose of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying identity and communicating with you about your account.
• TabTouch does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Payment data is processed through secure encrypted channels. No card details are stored on TabTouch servers.
• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, and for a minimum period after closure as required by applicable record-keeping obligations.

All content on the TabTouch platform – including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, icons, software code and betting interface – is the intellectual property of TabTouch and is protected accordingly.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, selling or modifying any platform content without prior written permission from TabTouch.

TabTouch provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TabTouch shall not be liable for:

• Loss of betting opportunity arising from temporary platform downtime, network errors or device issues outside our control.
• Losses arising from the member's own decisions to place specific bets or engage in specific games.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

TabTouch reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active members via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification visible upon login.

Minor changes such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not materially affect members' rights or obligations may be made without prior notice. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

If you do not accept revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the TabTouch platform. In the event of a dispute between a member and TabTouch, we encourage members to first contact our support team to seek a resolution informally.

Disputes relating to bet settlement should be raised within 14 days of the relevant market being settled. TabTouch will review all dispute claims submitted within this window and respond within 5 business days.

The decision of TabTouch on all dispute matters shall be final and binding unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on the platform's side.
