Account & Registration

Go to tabtouch.ws/register and fill in your full name (as on your CNIC), Pakistani mobile number, email address and date of birth. Choose a username and password, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and confirm you are 18 or older. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. Your TabTouch welcome bonus is activated on your first deposit.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create a TabTouch account. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. Your date of birth is verified during registration and again during identity verification before your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

No. Each person is permitted exactly one TabTouch account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any winnings or bonuses earned across duplicate accounts will be voided. If you have an existing account you've lost access to, contact support before registering again.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Log in to your TabTouch account, go to Account Settings, and upload a clear photo of both sides of your CNIC. The verification team typically reviews submissions within one hour during business hours. Once approved, same-day withdrawals are available. Completing KYC early avoids any delay when you're ready to withdraw.

To permanently close your TabTouch account, contact our support team via live chat or email at support@tabtouch.ws. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance is returned to your registered PKR payment method. Note that if you are closing your account due to gambling concerns, the self-exclusion tool is designed specifically for that purpose and is faster to activate.

Some details, like your registered name, date of birth and CNIC number, cannot be changed after registration as they are tied to your verified identity. Your email address and mobile number can be updated via Account Settings or by contacting support. Any changes to contact details require a verification step to confirm it is really you making the request.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter the mobile number or email linked to your TabTouch account. A password reset link will be sent to you – it expires after 30 minutes, so use it promptly. If you no longer have access to your registered contact details, reach out to live chat support and they will verify your identity through alternative means.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as an anti-fraud measure. The lockout lifts automatically after 15 minutes. If your account is suspended for a different reason – such as a verification hold or a terms violation flag – contact support immediately via live chat. Provide your registered mobile number and the team will explain the reason and next steps.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Log in to your TabTouch account and go to the Deposit section in your wallet. Choose your preferred payment method – Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and follow the on-screen instructions. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are reflected in your balance within 60 seconds. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank. There are no deposit fees charged by TabTouch. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 via mobile wallet and Rs 1,000 via IBFT. The minimum deposit on TabTouch is Rs 500 when using Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or SadaPay. For bank transfers (IBFT) and card payments, the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit set by TabTouch, though your bank or wallet provider may have their own daily transfer limits.

Go to the Withdrawal section in your TabTouch wallet, select your payment method, enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal. Once verified, same-day processing is available for most requests submitted before 10pm. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

After your identity is verified, most TabTouch withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 1–3 hours of approval. Bank transfers (IBFT) typically arrive within 1 business day. Card withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawals submitted after 10pm are processed the following day. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than 24 hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.

First, wait the expected processing time – Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits usually arrive within 60 seconds, IBFT within 2 hours. Try refreshing your browser or logging out and back in. If the deposit still hasn't appeared after the expected time, contact TabTouch live chat and provide your transaction ID or screenshot from your wallet app. Our team resolves missing deposits quickly, usually within 15 minutes.

TabTouch accepts the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in PKR. We do not accept cryptocurrency or international payment methods. We regularly review our payment options and may add new local methods over time.

The most common reasons for a declined withdrawal are: identity verification not yet completed, active bonus wagering requirements not met, withdrawal to a different account name than the one registered, or a minimum balance not maintained after withdrawal. Check your account notification or email for the specific reason. If the reason is unclear, contact support and quote your withdrawal transaction reference.

TabTouch does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges. For example, some banks charge a small IBFT fee. Check your provider's fee schedule. TabTouch cannot refund fees applied by third-party payment providers.

TabTouch does not publish a fixed maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts. Large withdrawal requests may require additional document verification to comply with financial regulations. For withdrawals above Rs 500,000, contact support in advance to discuss processing. Your mobile wallet provider will also have their own daily receiving limits (e.g. Easypaisa and JazzCash typically cap at Rs 200,000 per day).

Betting & Cricket

TabTouch covers cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, basketball, table tennis and other major sports. Cricket receives the most comprehensive coverage, including PSL, international Tests, ODIs and T20s, with full in-play betting. Sports Betting and Cricket Betting pages are updated with the latest available markets before every major match.

Yes. TabTouch offers live in-play betting on cricket, including ball-by-ball markets during PSL matches and international fixtures. Odds update in real time. You can bet on outcomes like the next wicket, next boundary, current over runs and match winner while the game is in progress. Go to the Cricket Betting section after logging in to see all live markets.

The minimum stake per bet on TabTouch is Rs 50 across most markets. Some specialised markets or live betting markets may have different minimum stakes which will be shown at the time of placing the bet. There is no minimum number of bets you must place per day or week.

If a cricket match or sports event is abandoned, cancelled or postponed indefinitely, all unsettled TabTouch bets on that event are voided and the stake is returned to your wallet automatically. In the case of a rain interruption followed by a DLS result, bets are settled on the official result. Full void and abandonment rules are in the Terms and Conditions.

Yes. TabTouch supports accumulator bets (also called combo or parlay bets), where you combine multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the bet to pay out. The potential return is the product of all odds multiplied by your stake. Accumulator betting is particularly popular for PSL match days when multiple games are scheduled.

Most TabTouch bets are settled within minutes of the official result being confirmed. For cricket, match-winner markets are settled as soon as the final ball is bowled. Ball-by-ball markets settle within seconds of each delivery. If a bet result is taking longer than 30 minutes after an event has finished, contact support with your bet reference number.

TabTouch displays odds in decimal format by default. To calculate your potential return, multiply your stake by the odds. For example, a stake of Rs 1,000 at odds of 2.50 returns Rs 2,500 (Rs 1,500 profit + Rs 1,000 stake returned). Lower odds indicate a favoured outcome; higher odds indicate a bigger potential win but lower probability of success. Visit the Betting Odds page for a full breakdown of current markets.

Cash out is available on selected TabTouch markets. When cash out is offered on your bet, a "Cash Out" button will appear on your open bets screen during the event. The cash out value fluctuates based on the current match situation and odds. Partial cash out is also available on some markets, allowing you to secure part of your return while keeping the rest of the bet open.

Yes. TabTouch covers every Pakistan Super League fixture from the group stage through to the final. Markets include match winner, top batsman, top wicket-taker, total sixes, method of first dismissal and more. Live in-play markets are available throughout each match. PSL betting is one of our most popular categories and markets are typically published 48 hours before each game.

Bonuses & Promotions

New TabTouch members receive a 50% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 5,000. Deposit Rs 500 and get Rs 250 bonus. Deposit Rs 10,000 and get Rs 5,000 bonus (the maximum). The bonus is credited to your account automatically after your deposit processes. It is subject to a 5x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount, at minimum odds of 1.50. The bonus must be wagered within 30 days.

A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of your bonus before it converts to withdrawable cash. On TabTouch, the welcome bonus has a 5x requirement. So if you deposit Rs 2,000 and receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you need to wager (Rs 2,000 + Rs 1,000) × 5 = Rs 15,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds are released. Bets must be placed at odds of 1.50 or higher to count toward the requirement.

Promo codes can be entered during registration on Step 2 of the registration form. There is a "Promo Code (Optional)" field where you can type or paste your code. Promo codes can also sometimes be applied in the Promotions section of your account after logging in. If a code isn't being accepted, check it hasn't expired and that you meet the eligibility conditions.

Yes. TabTouch regularly runs promotions for existing members, including reload bonuses on PSL match days, enhanced odds on selected cricket fixtures, Ludo and poker tournaments, and refer-a-friend rewards. Promotional emails are sent to your registered address. Log in to your account and check the Promotions section to see what's currently active. Note that members with active cooling-off periods do not receive promotional communications.

After registering, log in to your TabTouch account and go to the Refer a Friend section to find your unique referral link. Share it with friends. When a friend registers through your link and makes their first qualifying deposit, a bonus is credited to your account. There is no limit to how many friends you can refer – the more who join and deposit, the more you earn. Full referral bonus terms are on the Refer a Friend page.

Welcome bonuses are typically credited within a few minutes of your first deposit processing. If 30 minutes have passed and the bonus still hasn't appeared, log out and back in, then check the Bonuses section of your account. If it's still missing, contact TabTouch support via live chat with your deposit transaction reference. Common reasons for non-credit include: the deposit didn't meet the minimum qualifying amount, or a different promo code was already linked to your account.

Your TabTouch wallet shows your real-money balance and your bonus balance separately. Real-money funds (your own deposits and settled winnings) can be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard verification requirements. Bonus funds can only be used for placing bets – they cannot be withdrawn directly. Once the wagering requirement is met, the cleared bonus amount moves to your real-money balance and becomes withdrawable.

Games – Poker, Ludo & Casino

TabTouch offers real-money poker with PKR buy-ins. Available formats include Texas Hold'em cash tables and fast-fold games. To join a table, log in and go to the Poker section. Responsible Gaming

For a temporary break, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and select a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. Your account is suspended immediately and no marketing will be sent during the period. For a permanent self-exclusion, the same section has an irreversible self-exclusion option.
